This Privacy Policy explains how City Tech Yazılım Tasarım ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. ("City Tech", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit cityteknoloji.com (the "Website") or use the mobile and web applications we publish (the "Apps"). We process personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

Website. The Website does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. It stores a single value in your browser's local storage to remember your language preference. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting purposes; these logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to profile visitors.

Contact by e-mail. When you write to us, we process the information you provide (name, e-mail address, company, message content) solely to respond to your request and to manage our business relationship.

Apps. Each App we publish has its own in-app privacy notice describing the specific data it processes. Unless stated otherwise in that notice, our Apps collect only the data strictly necessary to provide their features, such as account credentials, device identifiers for push notifications, and anonymised crash and performance diagnostics. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate our business (hosting, e-mail, cloud infrastructure, crash reporting) under data processing agreements, and with public authorities where required by law. Some providers may be located outside Türkiye or the EU; in such cases we rely on the safeguards provided for in KVKK Article 9 and GDPR Chapter V.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above. Correspondence is retained for up to 3 years after the last contact; commercial and tax records are kept for the periods required by Turkish law (typically 10 years).

Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Articles 15–22 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request access, correction or deletion, to object to processing, to request data portability and to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local supervisory authority. 7. Children

Our Website and Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and regular reviews, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address, with the date of the last update shown above.
