These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cityteknoloji.com (the "Website") and the mobile and web applications published by City Tech Yazılım Tasarım ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. ("City Tech", "we", "us") (the "Apps"). By accessing the Website or using an App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Use of the Website and Apps

You may use the Website and Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, to interfere with their operation, to reverse-engineer the Apps except where permitted by law, or to use automated means to scrape content without our written consent.

Certain Apps may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Some Apps may offer paid features or subscriptions; the applicable price, billing period and cancellation terms are shown in the App and in the relevant app store before purchase. Payments made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are subject to those stores' terms, and refund requests must be directed to them.

3. Intellectual property

The Website, the Apps and all content, design, code, trademarks and logos they contain are owned by City Tech or its licensors and are protected by Turkish and international intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them. The City Tech name and logo are trademarks of City Tech.

4. User content

If an App allows you to submit content, you retain ownership of it and grant City Tech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store and display that content solely to operate the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

5. Third-party services

The Website and Apps may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those services, and their use is governed by their own terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website and Apps are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, City Tech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website or Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, City Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Apps. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including consumer protection law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to an App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Website or Apps at any time; deleting an App from your device or deleting your account ends your access.

9. Client services

Software development, design and consulting services we provide to business clients are governed by separate written agreements, which prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to the rights consumers may have under the law of their place of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this address. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
